You groan out with your throbbing head and brought your hand up only for it to stop half way. "The hell.." you open your eyes and looked at your palms, noticing a strain around your wrists. "THE HELL?" you yell out and heard your voice echo. You glance around your surroundings and bit your lower lip nervously. Your in a cave, alone and tied up. You struggle in your restraints, hopeing to weaken them. Minutes went by and you had no luck in weakening your restraints. You chew on the inside of your left cheek, thinking.

Your thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a hiss, you look to your right and noticed a dark brown snake with patches of lighter brown and it had a design on it's back that almost appeared to look like wings. You look into it's slit pupils and had a very dull eye color. You giggle when you think he has a bored expression. You let out a small gasp when the snake coiled up around your bare ankle. The snake felt very warm and you could feels the indention on it's scales press against your flesh. You shiver from the sudden contact and your eyes widen in horror as the snake began to extend its jaws.

"p-please do---AHHH!!" You yelled when you felt the sudden pain of the fangs sinking into the flesh of your ankle. Your lower lip trembles and you swallow the thick lump in your throat. The venom worked fast, you felt your body growing numb and sluggish. You can't even wiggle your toes, your head tilts back and you start panting. Your eyes dart to the snake who brought it's head back and looked at you, what surprise you that it licks the blood off your wound and uncoils itself from around you and slithered a few feet away. Your ears twitch when you hear a snapping sound, you gasp when you see the snake starting to shift. You wince at every snapping sound it made and your eyes widen, it started growing arms. The pointed face began to look more human, you shut your eyes tightly; waiting for you to meet your end. The snapping sounds stopped, easing you only slightly. Your eyes are clenched tightly, you can't even feel the pain of your wound anymore.

"please..just hurry up and finish me.." you say weakly. You let out a small squeak when you feel a warm air hitting your neck. You slowly open your eyes and glanced over your shoulder, your eyes widen when you see a human face way too close for comfort. His chin was resting on your shoulder and his eyes were closed. He was pale with bags under his eyes, he had short black hair and you watch as he crept his arms around your waist,pulling you into his chest. You felt warmth brush against your cheek and you gulped nervously, you could hear him..sniffing..you..?

"w-why are you sniffing me..?" his eyes slowly open, his eyes were cold and dull. He glances over at you, his eyes glazed with bored expression as he let out a small sigh. "because you smell good.." he muttered with a deep monotone voice. The only small feeling you have left you feel something brush against your legs, you dared to look down and noticed a snake tail was slowly coiling around your legs.

"I know you can't move but i'm making sure you don't escape" he warned darkly as you swallow hard. "W-what are you..?" he let out a large sigh and sat up, letting you rest against his chest. "I am known as a Naga, part serpent part man. I'm sometimes known as a river and lake god according to hinduism. And yes, i am immortal; but only with age..I can still die but it would be difficult to so don't get any bright ideas." He glared down at you; you bit your lower lip and glanced to the side. "Anyways, there use to be hundreds of us but now..there are only a handful of us. And brat, the only reason why i'm telling you this is because your not leaving my cave..".

You bit your lower lip and held back to tears and manage to say "why do you want me.." His forked tongue slid across your cheek and he shivered in guilty pleasure. "Because of your scent" he replied, your eyebrows furrowed in confusion "my scent?". He sighed loudly and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Ok brat, i'll put it in words that you can understand""and what does that mean?!" he ignored your question and kept talking "Naga's rarely find their ideal mates but when they do they can smell them. Their scent is like..drug.." he cleared his throat "and when naga's mate..they mate for life...". His half lidded eyes glanced at your expression, he noticed your still confused and bit his lower lip in anger.

"I like your smell; it means your my ideal mate" he deadpanned. Your eyes widen "n-no! t-there has to be a mistake!" He cocked his eyebrow "I kidnapped you, it's not a daily chore brat" you glared at him "my professor is going to know im gone!" he smirked coldly. "already thought of that..eyebrows thinks you were murdered and dragged into the forest" your eyes widen.

"I drenched monkey blood in your sleeping quarters" he uncoiled himself from around you and moved suddenly; making you fall onto the ground hard. "I was carrying you all night, you far away from any human contact..better get use to it" you couldn't hold back to tears anymore, you let the salty tears slide.

He let out a small "tch" and the tip of his tail pushed your chin up so you were forced to look up at him. "Like i said, better get use to it.." with that said he turned his back to you. "Oh and the name is Levi..the only name that should leave your mouth from now on" he said coldly. More tears fell as he left you alone in the cave.

-----------Levi's POV----------
I left the cave and looked back to it, hearing your quiet sobs. I punched a nearest tree, bearing my fangs out and hissed loudly

I made her cry! God dammit..she will understand..eventually..

I sighed loudly and made my way down a pathway and heard the roars of rushing water. The sun was about to peek at any moment. I quickly slither my way down to the river and slither to the edge of the river. I looked at the river's pathway and nodded.

Shes my first and ideal mate..i want to make her smile..

I dove into the river, rushing with the path of the waters.

I crawled out of the rushing waters, breathing heavily. I used my elbows to crawl tiredly as i regain my breath. I lay there for a few moments before finally getting up. I slither over to your campsite and noticed the eyebrow guy was still in his sleeping quarters. I looked at the bags and began to go threw them. I searched for almost 10 minutes until i found a picture of you with humans around you. You were smiling along with them, i slid a finger across your smiling face. I felt the edges of my mouth creep up, making me smile slightly.

She has a beautiful smile..

My thoughts were cut short by a loud yawn. I shoved the bag where i found the picture it and picked up the bag; quickly slithering out of sight.I held my breath until i was at the river, i exhaled. I noticed the straps and slid it onto my arms and let it rest on my shoulders.
Looks like i have to take the long way..

-----------Your POV----------
You sobbed for what seems like hours, your face stung from your salty tears. You were curled up into a ball. You heard a small hiss and slowly glance up to meet the cold dull eyes of Levi.

"What do you want.." you mutter weakly. He stared at you and held something above your head making your eyes clinch thinking he was going to hit you.

Thump

You looked in front of you and gasped, it was your bag! "m-my bag..?" you glance up at Levi who was looking at a cave wall, a tint of pink was brushed against his cheek. "Don't get yhe wrong idea, i only did it so you would shut the hell up".
You weakly sat up with your hands still bonded together, Levi glanced over and sighed. He slithers over to you and bared his fangs, ripping the vines off your wrist. You brought your hands up and began to rub your wrists gently. Levi was glancing away with his arms crossed over his pale bare chest. You blushed lightly, looking at his surprisingly toned body.

hey hey! Don't think like that ____! this guy kidnapped you!...but he did get y bag for me..maybe he does generally care..

You frown "hard not to when your paleness is nearly blinding me". He cocked a eyebrow and frowns. You chuckle lightly and look threw your bag. You now had your clothes,extra pares of shoes, a few photos of your family, and a few books. You smile softly and stared at the picture of your happy family not knowing that Levi caught your smile and he has a small smile on his face.

It's been a few weeks and your kinda use to the fact that levi is your boyfriend mate. You were humming and reading a book you brought; it was one of your favorite books. Levi was in your lap in his snake form, he seemed content. You look down at him and slowly stroked the middle of his head with your index finger. He shuts his eyes and leans into your touch. You can't help but give him a small smile. Even though he kidnapped you; he shows you that he does generally care about you. He gives you some affection..ok a lot of affection. You found out that the cold monotone Levi is a sucker for cuddles. He always gives you an excuse so you can cuddle him or he can cuddle you. Especially at night when it's the coldest, you let Levi coil himself around you.

While you were in your thoughts you heard a hiss. You glance down at Levi and blink in confusion "is there something wrong..?". He slid himself out of your lap and you cover your ears, trying it ignore to painful sounds of the snapping sounds of his bones shifting and growing. When he looks..'normal' you uncover your ears.

"Ok br--..i mean _____" he slips up the 'brat' word..a lot. "I want you to cover your eyes" you furrowed your brows and looked up at him. "Why?" he the corner of his lips tucked into a frown "Just do it dammit" you sighed and shut your eyes. You felt his hands cover your eyes more, you pout "what?no trust?" he leaned down and gently spoke "i want this to be a surprise" you shiver from feeling his hot breath brush against your neck. He pressed his chest against your back, urging you to move. You began to move your feet, Levi guides you from behind by pushing you in certain directions that felt odd to you. What felt like a eternity, Levi forces you to stop. You feel his hands remove himself from around you and wraps a arm around your waist protectively.

"oi, open your eyes" you slowly open your eyes and gasp. You were in a vine dome that blocked the deadly rays of the sun, there were different colors of flowers growing from the dome. You trace your eyes down and it was a open area filled with variety of colorful flowers, there was a pond next to it with what  looked like headstones.
"This is where i use to live before i found the cave""why would you leave?" You ask, glancing up at hi from the corner of your eye. He still had the same face but his eyes were glazed with sadness. "..I didn't want humans to find this place in case if they follow me, i want this place to be untouched. I spent many many years working on this place.."

You chewed your lower lip and glance at the ground. You could feel sadness tugging at your heart strings. "I wanted to show you this place because..just like you..it means a lot to me" your eyes widen and you felt pink brush against your cheeks. Levi smirks before turning, his back facing you.

"Cmon, we will come back tomorrow" you nodded and walked out of the dome. A few minutes of awkward silence passed while you were walking. "..did you mean it?""hmm?""I mean a lot to you.."you asked and Levi clears his throat awkwardly. "I am a naga, its a..instinct for me to--"

BANG!!

"gun shots?!" Levi eyes widen and he glares at the direction where the sound comes from. "quick __--""_____!!!" your eyes widen from the familiar deep voice. "e-erwin?!""GET AWAY FROM HIM!!"the blond yells out.Levi hisses and bared his fangs out, his nails began to extend and his elf like ears twitch making your eyes widen even more.
